We had the original big grips case and my son dropped his ipad all the time, with no damage at all. We got the slim, he just dropped it from 3 feet high and the screen is now cracked diagonally from end to end. We just got the ipad a month ago.

Due to it's slimmer design, Big Grips Slim is recommended for use by older kids or adults with more developed motor skills, when occasional drops might happen. Love these cases! We have both the original Big Grips and the Slim and they work so well. We bought it for our son's ipad-he has autism and has dropped his ipad many times. The ipad has never sustained any damage! I highly recommend this case.

Great holder for our ipad air

I bought this for my elderly parents since holding their new ipad air was difficult for them. They both are so thrilled with it as they can now grip it without it slipping from their hands.
Such a great product and I highly recommend buying one!
